Vividata’s Study of the Canadian Consumer (SCC) released for Fall 2022 reconfirms The Globe as attracting a national weekly print and digital readership that’s larger than any other Vividata measured individual publisher brand.

The Globe and Mail’s total readership (Globe weekly newspaper, Globe weekly digital, Report on Business magazine print/digital) is up 4% from Spring 2022 to 7 million readers.

  • Globe Monday-Friday print readers: 643,000 (+1%)
  • Globe Saturday print readers: 1,713,000 (+5%)

Metro readership

  • Globe weekly cume print readership is up 2% to 1.3 million (1,270,000)
  • Globe Monday-Friday print readers: 354,000 (+2%)
  • Globe Saturday print readers: 778,000 (no change)

Report on Business magazine

  • Print/digital readership is up 8% to 2.5 million (2,528,000)
  • Average issue magazine readers: 734,000 (+3%)
  • Monthly digital readers: 1,451,000 (+5%)
