Chief Creative Officer with over 20 years of experience at several multinational agencies. For the last 18 years, she has been at Leo Burnett in Toronto, leading their North American and Global Procter and Gamble businesses.

The importance of simple, clear communication and original creative thinking that starts with a true human insight is paramount to success in crafting communications. But the ultimate test of a great idea for Heather is:  does it make you care about the brand/product, does it make you say “yes, I would buy this!”, how is this idea going to change behavior.

Over the years, Heather has created and led award-winning work for Heinz, Molson Breweries, Vincor Wines, Smith Kline, TD Bank, Ford Canada, Kellogg’s, Motts, Ocean Spray, Helene Curtis, Colgate-Palmolive, HP foods, and Kraft.
