In the spring of 2020, Report on Business magazine is launching Women Lead Here, a new, comprehensive annual program—comprising proprietary research, engaging editorial content and a change-making event—meant to benchmark how the largest publicly-traded companies in Canada are performing on executive gender parity.

Through our editorial coverage (released in the April issue of Report on Business magazine, out March 27, 2020) and our Women Lead Here Summit (taking place March 31, 2020 at The Globe and Mail Centre in Toronto) we will be showcasing the tactics and strategies of parity leaders, connecting organizations with the insights and tools they need to improve female representation and inspiring meaningful change.
