Currently Executive Creative Director at Proof Experiences, Toronto, Doug has held creative leadership positions at some of the most dynamic integrated advertising & marketing agencies in North America. With over 20 years under his belt crafting memorable moments both in digital and IRL for global brands like Heineken, Unilever, Adidas, Gap, Molson Coors, Nissan / Infiniti, Coca Cola, and Sony Playstation, Doug has always imbued relevance and meaning into the work as an imperative… regardless of channel. Prior to leading agency creative teams, Doug was also Creative Director and a founding member of Okayplayer.com, a trusted progressive urban music artist hub and online community, the brainchild of Questlove (The Roots, Jimmy Fallon Show).

When he’s not leading his teams on effective, compelling brand work, championing true DE&I change in advertising, and mentoring young creative talent, Doug divides his time between being a Husband, a Father of three boys, and a passable amateur barista forged in the coffee-fueled bowels of the pandemic.
